SG Growth Leaders Dinner

Invitation:

You’re invited to a private, business-focused dinner with fellow senior growth and marketing professionals. Our aim is to share, learn, and exchange insights in a structured yet relaxed environment—no small talk, no sales pitches, just real conversations that help everyone grow.

The group

Although the conversation focuses on marketing and growth, this dinner is curated to be diverse in every sense—industry, role, background, and gender. The broader our collective experience, the more we can learn from each other.

See the attendees of the previous two dinners here and here.

The Format

We’ll use a “Hot Seat Q&A” structure, which we’ve tested twice before with great success. It’s a simple yet highly effective way to spark lively discussions and ensure everyone walks away with actionable insights. Here’s how it works:

  1. Introduction (3–5 minutes): Share briefly who you are, your role, and your recent wins and challenges.
  2. Group Q&A (10–15 minutes): The group will pose questions about your work, expertise, and experiences.
  3. Repeat for each participant: Once you’re done, the next person takes the “hot seat.”

We encourage everyone to be open and honest. Our goal is for each participant to leave with concrete insights they can implement immediately. With a maximum of seven people and roughly 20 minutes per turn, expect the full round to take about 2.5 hours.

Note: If you need to leave early, please volunteer to take the “hot seat” earlier in the evening.

IMPORTANT: Everything discussed during this dinner is strictly off the record. Please do not quote, record, or reference anyone’s statements publicly without their explicit consent. Let’s create a safe environment for sharing even sensitive information.

No Alcohol Policy

We maintain a non-alcohol policy to promote healthy habits and avoid any “peer pressure” for those who would prefer not to drink midweek. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the atmosphere inclusive. 🙂

Sponsored by Ahrefs

Ahrefs is graciously sponsoring the dinner in full. There will be no sales pitch for Ahrefs or any related services—we simply want to support meaningful conversations among growth leaders.
